In collaboration with The Sensory Boutique in Mudgeeraba, this workshop is going to help 'release' you from 2025 Year of the Snake and 'rise' you into 2026 Year of the Horse.
Two sessions available :)
* Saturday 28th February - 3 to 5pm
* Sunday 8th March - 10 to 12pm
How does this work ?
This intimate group of 6 only, will start with a simple meditation for releasing the 2025 'snake' and then you will have the opportunity to create an art piece, just for you. No rules, no expectations just purely expression . After which, we will proceed with another meditation to invite and rise with the 2026 'horse'. Again, you will spend time creating your own more solid art work on canvas for intention. This can be expressive, abstract or your own interpretation.
An art piece to release, and an art piece to take home and add to your vision board for this year, 2026.
